Experiencing Issues Logging into Your CBIC Account or Forgot Your Password?

Please do not create a new account. Creating a new account will result in a duplicate profile that is not associated with your original certification(s). Please note that creating a new CBIC account will not merge your original account with the newly created account.
Instead, email CBIC at info@cbic.org and request a password reset. CBIC will provide you with a new password along with your username to access your CBIC account. Once CBIC has provided you with your login credentials, you will then be able log in to your account and change your password to your preferred choice.
This will save you from having any confusion about why you are not seeing your certification in your profile.
Trouble finding the “My IPUs” Tab in your profile?
If you are not seeing your IPU tab when you log into your account, this means you’ve logged into a duplicate account not associated with your original CBIC account. Your duplicate account is going to show you listed as a “Prospect” and not as Certified. Since your duplicate account is showing you as a “Prospect”, the “My IPUs” tab will not be displayed.
Please email CBIC (info@cbic.org) and let us know that you have a duplicate account, you are also going to need a password reset to access your original account. CBIC will mark the duplicate account for deletion and provide you with the new password along with your username to login to your original CBIC account. Once you login to your original account, you will then be able to see the “My IPUs” Tab. You can then begin to add your IPU activities into your portfolio.
